In order for us to carry out the exchange, the product MUST be sent in the original packaging, in perfect condition.
Exchange or Return Procedures
The nose and tail are sensitive to transport and damage may occur. If damage occurs, we will send you a new board as soon as possible, so check the board immediately upon receipt and don’t accept it in case of damage.

- For returns due to dissatisfaction or remorse the deadline is 7 days from the issuance of the sales invoice/bill.
- Fo exchange the product due to damage during the transport or any defects presented, the term is 90 days from the issuance of the sales invoice/bill.
Surftoys reserves the right to correct and ship the same product to the customer, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
